• Bank transfer: the account number to which the deposit must be made will be provided at the end and confirmation of the order. The order will be shipped when BILLY PAPER has proof of payment in your account. Once the transfer has been made, if you send us the receipt to hola@billypaper.com we will speed up the process. If payment has not been received after 2 business days from the confirmation, the order will be cancelled. The buyer must bear the full amount of the  transfer fees, if any.  

SHIPMENTS

We ship to the Peninsula, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. For shipments to other destinations, please contact us in hola@billypaper.com and we will be sure that we will be able to send you what you want.

PENINSULA: Shipments will be made with the 24-hour CORREOS EXPRESS service. The delivery time will be 24 to 48 hours from receipt of the order at the courier office. You will receive the purchase at your home address and you will have a tracking code for the shipment so that you know where your purchase is at all times.

BALEARIC ISLANDS: Shipments to the Balearic Islands will be sent by CORREOS EXPRESS. The delivery time will be 4 to 7 business days and you will receive the order at your home.

Important note for shipments to the Canary Islands: Customs duties must be paid by the buyer upon delivery of their order to the courier service. We are unable to inform you of the costs of these fees, which will depend on the order, nor can we manage their collection or payment, which will be the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNS

After receiving the order at the address indicated, the customer has a period of 14 working days to return it. To do so, you must notify BILLY PAPER in advance by mail to hola@billypaper.com and you will be informed of the process to follow for the return, refund or reshipment, if applicable. The costs related to return shipping will be borne by the user, unless the return is made due to defects in the product. In any case, the product must be returned by the same means by which it was sent, in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once received and analysed by BILLY PAPER, the amount of the product will be refunded, if applicable, by the same means as the payment was made within a maximum period of 5 days. If the return affects the entire shipment, it must include all products, accessories, gifts, packaging, secondary elements and everything else that was included in the order. Late returns or if the products have been handled incorrectly will not be accepted. No refunds will be made if all conditions are not met.
