Shipping:
From the moment you place your order, it takes between 24 and 48 hours to prepare the package and deliver it to the courier.
From that moment on, the transit time is 24/48 hours for mainland Spain and Portugal and 4/5 days for the Balearic Islands. These are always business days.
For shipments to the rest of Europe, the transit time is between 5 and 6 business days.

1. Return Policy
Our returns policy is governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, as well as by Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade, amended by Law 47/2002 to adapt it to European Directive 97/7/EC.
Within this framework, Billy Paper customers have a period of 30 days to exercise their right of withdrawal by making an unequivocal declaration indicating their decision to cancel their purchases.

2. How to make a return?

To return your item, please email us at hola@billypaper.com and tell us which items you wish to return and the reason (defective, purchase error, etc.).
Once you have requested a return, you must prepare the package in the same condition and with the packaging received upon delivery and wait for our instructions.
Within a maximum of 7 business days of receipt at our warehouse, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order.
Please note that if it's a credit/debit card, the refund may take up to 30 days to be processed depending on the specific bank used.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which depend on weight and volume. If the package fits in a shoe box and weighs less than 2 kilos, €5.50 will be deducted directly from the refund.
EXCEPTIONS : If the package weighs or weighs more than 2 kilos, the return shipping costs that will be deducted from the refund, as required by law, vary according to the costs charged by the courier, regardless of whether free shipping was applied to the purchase.
Please keep this in mind.
Once we've completed your refund, you'll receive an email confirming your refund and a link to download your credit card invoice.
3. Are there products that CANNOT be returned?
Based on the current law cited at the beginning of this page, the following returns are NOT accepted:
- Items that are not suitable for resale . They must be returned in the same condition as received, with their original packaging and all tags attached, and in perfect condition. Used items are not accepted.
- Items identified with the Encargo seal : Handcrafted, made to order exclusively for the client.
- Custom-ordered imported items .
- Items that come into contact with the body : For hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned or exchanged. Examples include stockings, underwear, etc. Returns will only be accepted if they are opened and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
4. Order cancellations
Orders can be canceled at any time as long as they have not entered the preparation or shipping phase. If the order includes one or more items on demand, cancellation and refund are not permitted unless the cancellation is communicated within 24 hours of the initial order date.
The order may be canceled if the delivery date is delayed, if the date is different from the date provided with the item at the time of purchase.
David Montero Sánchez reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of:
- System failure : If errors occur in the order due to system errors, it is considered a case of force majeure in which we reserve the right to cancel the order to guarantee the best customer service.
- Stock Error : Occasionally, although not common, there may be a lapse in synchronization and stock update due to two or more simultaneous purchases of the same unit. This may occur with items with aggressive sales and high demand. In this case, we cannot guarantee product delivery dates and we reserve the right to inform you, cancel the order, and refund the amount immediately.
